Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5-12 business days

  • Canada: 7-15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days

  • Europe: 5-15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or issue a refund.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Little Tippy Toes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@littletippytoes.com, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littletippytoes.com and include photographs of the damage so we can investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
